07. Personal Transaction Coordinator & Contract Negotiations

• We become the point of contact between the Buyer’s Agent, Title Company, and yourself. (you will need to provide us with your Title Company details)
• We help with your addendums, disclosures, and coordinate the information flow to help ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
• We will contact the HOA and get the relevant documents (you will need to send us the HOA contact and phone number)
• We make sure all deadlines are met and all parties receive the relevant documents within the correct timeframe.
• We will negotiate on your behalf (as instructed by you) at all points of the contract including

Appraisal requirements

• We will be the go-between.
• We will prepare all addendums for the negotiations and guide you regarding responses, we take the person aspect out of the equation
• We coordinate the Closing with all parties
