5. Personal Transaction Coordinator

We become the point of contact between the Buyers Agent, Title Company, and yourself. We help with your addendums, disclosures, and coordinate the information flow to help ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. We make it as stress free as possible.

All documents will be sent to all parties for e-signature, and everyone will receive a complete copy once signed. Depending on the contract, property details, terms, etc., contract preparation for certain types of documents may take up to 24-48 hours to be completed.

Once your home is under contract, a dedicated Personal Transaction Coordinator will:

• Be your single point of contact, communicating with you from “contract to close.”
• Create a timeline calendar and remind all parties of important due dates.
• Set up a checklist of tasks to keep you on track and ensure nothing is missed.
• Track and process paperwork and disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Monitor Title work.
• Make selling your home less stressful!
